767-400 Vs 777-200

I know I could find this information on Boeings website but could someone breifly tell me what the difference in length, passenger capacity and range is between the new 767-400 and the standard 777. They seem very close in size. Thankyou, Chris

Length: 201 ft, 4 in
Capcity: 304 passengers for two class, 245 for three class
Ranage: 6,475 miles

777 - 200

Length: 209 ft, 1 in
Capacity: 305 - 375 in three classes, 375-400 in two classes
Range: 5.850 miles
