Um, maybe I am wrong, but that looks like a montage. The light on the woman appears to be coming from behind her hair, unfortunately, the 747 is in that area too...

...it would have been so easy to make such a picture in real life, for example St. Maarten (many of those you can find right here), some airports in the Mediterranean Sea, even in TXL, FRA and STR there are places to make it work (and there the lady wouldn't have to wear such, shall we say grandmotherly swimming gear.
