Just as we finished the topic "adicted to Airliners", the forum went down! Gary, I tried to connect every 15mn since 3 days! I was so sad
Hope all's OK now.

Well, the list of topics and "most recent postings" tells the story: 4 days, 3 days . . . 1 hour ago. It's good to have it back!

I thought my computer had a problem! I've been phoning friends with computers on other networks to see if they could get the site to load, but no luck. Then one phoned back to say they got it up and running, but it has taken another two hours for me to get back on line!

I am a internet software developer. That length of outage is unusal for such a popular site.

Does anyone know what happened ? Did the server need to be rebuilt ? (Just curious)

Hi guys,

I'm still having problems getting specfic airline/aircraft photos to show up on the screen. It still kicks me out of the system. Is anyone else having the same problems with the aircraft photo search?

Glad to see that the forum is back.

Just discovered this site a few weeks ago, and have been seriously addicted ever since. Needless to say, I was suffering from withdrawal the last few days. Well, these things happen on the Internet. Hope it wasn't serious.

I'm curious though, you would think the webmaster would put a message on the home page stating what happened?
