What will happen with all the aircraft of Lauda Air, Tyrolean Airways and Rheintalflug?

I know Austrian and Lufthansa were planning cut backs but I didn't now that Lauda Air and Tyrolean were completely grounded
Is LAuda Air owned by lufthansa and Tyrolean by Austrian , or am I wrong here ?

Any more info please ?

Lauda Air and Tyrolean are still flying. Why wouldn´t they? Their flights are just opperated as Austrian Airlines flights (OS XXXX)

Lauda Air (99%), Tyrolean Airways (100%) and Rheintalflug (100%) belong to the Austrian Airlines Group.

And all are still flying.
