Hi everyone!,
If you could have unlimited money (ha, ha) what would you fly, where would you fly (vicinity), and what would be the title of your airline? Also where would the hubs be?

Mine would be: Planes: 717-200, 737-200, 737-300, 757-200, 757-300, 767-300, MD-11. Cities: All of the major airports in the U.S. and alot of European/Asian flights. Title: Skyline Airlines Hub: Denver International, New York JFK International, Seattle/Tacoma International, London-Heathrow International, and Tokyo International. I would also use Colorado Springs Municipal for alot of domestic flights. (Western Pacific did it!!)

Thanks and Gig Em!

Hmmmmm........ Haven't got a name for my airline, but I would fly all A318/19/20/21, A330/40 and A380's. I would have hub airports in Melbourne, Calcutta, Dubai, Barcelona, Osaka, New York-JFK AND Miami. My fleet would be made up of:
A318 x22
A319 x22
A320 x34
A321 x18
A333 x28
A343 x10
A345 x34
A346 x22
A388 x44

I made a basic route map for my airline:

I got that from that website where you can make your own route maps, here's the URL
http://http://gc.kls2.com/

You just type in the airport codes, and it makes you a map of all the routes.

My plan is much more modest: Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada (about 45 mins from YYZ) and Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Fleet:
- 14 A319 with 120mins ETOPS configured in a 112 seat "super economy" layout similar to that of jetBlue with similar trimmings...ie live sattelite TV at all seats and enhanced meal service.

Domestic destinations:
3x Daily YHM-YVR-YHM
3x Daily YHM-YYC-YEG-YHM
5x Daily YHM-YUL-YHZ
4x Daily YHM-YHZ-YHM
2X Daily YHM-YYT-YHM
2x Daily YYT-YHZ-YYT
2X Daily YHM-YWG-YHM
1x Daily YHZ-YVR-YHZ
1x Daily YHZ-YUL-YHZ
1x Daily YHZ-YYC-YEG

Transborder destinations:
4x Daily YHM-EWR-YHM
1x Daily YHM-LAX-YHM

International destinations:
1x Daily YHZ-STN-YHZ
1x Daily YHZ-ORY-YHZ
1x Daily YHZ-FRA-YHZ

This schedule would allow for connections the returning flights from STN, ORY and FRA to connect (within an hour of nonstop flights to YHM, YUL, YYC and YVR. The airline would primarily be aimed at business travel contracts, but would also be appealing to leisure travellers.
