This Saturday the famous two platforms at Frankfurt will be reopened. They had been closed since the 11th sep attacks.
After a increase of secutity for about600.000- 800.000DM the prices are now 9DM instead of 6 for Adults. 50%off for kids seniors and disabled persons.
If the weather will allow I'll be there!
Good news so keep on spotting

I requested more infos from our marketing departmant, who is responsible for the visitor deck and here is the final answer:
There is no definite opening date yet. Security measures have been implemented and the corresponding plans have been fulfilled by 75%, however, it is very doubtful that the deck will be open already this weekend.
Please keep this information in mind when you are planning your weekend activities.
Sorry that I couldn't give y'all better news. :-(

I still can't understand why they closed them at all. Security to enter the "Besucherterasse" is imo higher than if you want to fly somewhere. In october I flew to GRU from FRA and they never have been so easy with the passengers as then but if you want to just look at planes they doublecheck you... Please help me to understand this...
