I'm not either but the line of weather that moved throught eh Southeast yesterday should be inthe vicinity of Florida at the present time and would be my guess. The plane could have been late getting there for the weather and is being re-routed back around the weather causing even more delays. Again, just a guess.

The New York area was hit with showers this evening, although it was raining hard, there was no thunder and lightning to speak of, but CNN and Weather Channel had been reporting ground holds of up to 2 hours. Not uncommon. Particularly this time of year. Hello? Why don't you just look at the weather conditions or Continental.com? They often post Weather Channel tie ins when weather conditions demand it or just call the airline.
