I'm flying SFO-LAS this weekend on National Airlines. I usually take the United Shuttle on this route but the notion of flying a 757 on this short hop appeals to me. That and a darned good fare. I'm wondering what to expect. I know they're expanding rapidly (which may not be a good thing) and that they are backed by some of the Vegas casinos. Anyone have any experiences they'd like to share? Happy Holidays!

Just flew on them DFW-LAS the weekend of the 10th, and they were first-rate. Tried 1st class, legroom beat anything I'd ever seen, and food was excellent. Just got a peek at coach, but it looked pretty nice and I hear those folks eat off china plates too...

While the Economy Class pax do eat off of china for their meals, SFO-LAS is too short to offer a meal service in Economy, so a snack will be substituted. From previous reports, I believe that this snack will be the typical pretzel bag found on other short flights. Have a good time, though!

OnTheFly: For real? This weekend? I am too. I'm also flying from SFO-LAS on National Airlines. Are you going Saturday or Sunday? What is your flight number? I'm leaving on Sunday. Maybe were both on the same flight.
