Hey guys,
Visit: www.newansett.com
and see the changed / perhaps new livery. It's really quite cool to see the AN 'A' in such a bright format and the slightly transparent 'A' is really nice to look at as well.
What do you guys think, compared to the orginal 'A'? Do you think F/L will change AN's current livery?

In my opinion that is a step backwards from the current one.
I think there will be a slight livery change as all of their planes will be new and on lease right? so they will have that oppurtunity to change it.

I would like to see AN maybe use the stars on the fuselage - perhaps shaded or 'greyed out' like the Union Jack on the new bmi scheme, with an overlapping colour - blue or gold.
just no more red please - we have enough red painted aircraft in the Australian skies at present!!!

Whilst there is no doubt that now is a great time to change the livery given the whole fleet is to be rolled over within a year, it is questionable whether Tesna want to spend their money paying a fortune to a consultancy such as Landor.
There is nothing wrong with the existing AN livery (even though I liked the original 6 star livery more) and when all the other costs such as signage, boarding passes etc are taken into account I'd bet that Lindsay and Solly will want to direct their funds towards other areas such as advertising the relaunch and incentives to win back corporates.

It's expected the livery would change, at least a bit.. not that there was anything wrong with the old one of course..! I am looking forward to seeing it all unfold, hopefully very soon!

The Starmark livery is staying. The corporate image and marketing will fetaure a different style of Starmark, but the Starmark stays as livery.
If anything, there may be a name change only.
"Starmark stays" is from Fox himself. Name change is my supposition.
That's ended that thread !!!!
Cheers. Al.
