On Christmas Eve, my sister and I will be travelling to DFW from DCA while connecting at ORD. Here's the good part. The ORD-DFW route is a 777 on American. I have decided to take that flight and seating in the coach class around rows in the 30s, of course window seat A or J for me. My friend in my school has flown on a 777 on AA internationally on coach and told me their were Playstations or other game systems on the ptvs in every seat. Is that true? Others tell me only PSX is available in business or first class. You would think a 40-50 year old business man will be playing playstation? Probably not!
I could have a chance to fly back from DFW-ORD on the 777 but my parents think it will be risky if we get stranded in ORD due to weather since I'll be going back to school the next day on Jan. 2. I cant wait til next month and enjoy my first 777 ride. I have checked the seats and there are many available window seats.
I will submit a trip report when I get back on Jan. 1.

I flew on an American 777 twice in my life, once from Dallas to Chicago two years ago and once from New York to Paris six months ago. One feature you will enjoy on the 777 is the updated flight information display on a moving map. You can follow the progress of the aircraft on a moving map shown on every seat, even in economy! Plus they give you additional flight info including the local departure time, local estimated arrival time, the local time at the exact position of the aircraft, the crusing speed and altitude as well as the time remaining before landing. It's a great feature!
Have a nice flight.

I only flew the 777 on Delta (Business elite/"First Class"), but the systems might be similar.
On Delta there are games and stuff like solitaire, "Alien Blasters" and games like that. I've never heard of a US airline that has Playstation or another video game system. But I believe Singapore Air or something has that.
But with all of the movie channels, the "Air show", and all of the music channels, I don't think you will mind not having Playstation.

Actually I wouldn`t mind because the flight is like 2 hours. I would like to mess with my laptop, if possible or the PTVs on the flight. But it would be pretty cool if it did so my sister will enjoy it.
