This is a 1/200 Hasegawa CO Mike 773. CO Mike doesn't have 773s, why would a company do this?

May be Boeing would like CO Mike to buy 773ER to fly GUM-EWR!

May be that's model company making some exclusive models. There's even China Airlines in A330, eventhough CI didn't have 330s.

For the same reason that Bader had (has?) a 747SP in the US presidential fleet colors. Someone screwed up.

What is it with all the "is there a possibilty airline X will.." threads? The answer it'll is possible.

Sometimes, actually a lot of times, manufactors will send models of new aircraft types to different departments within the airline that might have an interest in a new equipment type. We had a COEX DA-328 model as well as a COEX Saab 2000 and Jetstream 41. We never ordered those aircraft but the models sure look good.

Actually flown: EMB-120 EMB-145 B717 B737 B757 B767

IAHERJ,
Yeah I remember seeing those at HQ when I was a newhire 3 years ago. The Saab 2000 looked sweet in the new colors.
Cheers,
Markus

We (Actually I resigned a month ago but it still feels like WE) ordered 767's back in the day. When Gordo came on he convinced Boeing to let us defer the orders and get some $$ back in order to keep from going into the history books.

Cheers,
Markus
