MCO-ATL fares are around $120, I guess $90 is reasonable for that route.

remember...thats a promotional fare. You would have to buy this 14 days in advance.

Full Y fare still applies for walk-ups. and with those routes, your looking at $900 one way.

Y06? What is that. Anyway, good to see these fares low. FL wanted $200 GPT-ATL one way! They are great with pricing most of the time, but can anyone answer why they would charge $200 one way ?

Y06 is the full walk up fare for coach, usually quoted one-way. It is the fully refundable and changeable ticket. Sometimes, it is the only fare left on a particular flight if it is almost sold out.

Often, the first class fare is not much higher than the Y06.

AirTran had a one day sale November 27 in PHL. The fares are round-trip and including all taxes and surcharges:

PHL-PIT=$70 r/t
PHL-ATL=$90 r/t
PHL-MCO/TPA/FLL=$110 r/t
PHL-MDW=$125 r/t
PHL-Just about everywhere else=$145 r/t.

The only blackout days were Dec. 22, 23, 26, 27, and Jan. 2 and 3.

NorthwestCRJ: The reason is that they sold out of their other fares to GPT for the flights you wanted. Are you going around the holidays? Are you going sometime soon? The closer it is to the date of travel, the more expensive it will probably be.

Last week they had "Atlanta Specials", one was offered for $25 one way Internet fare from Atlanta to Greenville (GSP). Try to beat that on Delta!
