CP is history. All of the flights...international and domestic....will be Air Canada. Under the merger agreement, OneWorld flyers can get credit on Air Canada flights for the next few years.
Obviously Air Canada and its Star partners will do every thing they can to route flyers on their flights. Oneworld/American/British Airways are going to have to somehow find a way to salvage their market share in Canada but it doesn't look good for them in the short run. Fine by me...I'm a loyal Star Alliance flyer.
