MCO & IAD Departure/Arrival Procedures

I'm flying to MCO and IAD in the next few weeks, but I'm not familiar with these airports. I'm flying LAX-MCO, MCO-IAD and IAD-SFO. Based on these flights, what DP's and STAR's will be used? Additionally, which runways are generally used for departures and arrivals? Any info regarding these airports' flight operations is appreciated. Thanks!

One more question...are there any good places to spot in the terminals? I'll be on United so how are the UA terminals? Thanks.
