reading some business publications that they are stating that american will try to start up regional jet service from miami to birmingham alabama and either regional or jet or combination of both service to jacksonville which only has turbo prop aircraft flying the route

Really? To Birmingham? That's interesting. Isn't Northwest opening a flight there? I wonder if they plan to add any other new routes in the south, like Biloxi. I heard some people complaining about having to go to Atlanta...I would like to get a hand on a timetable of all flights out of MIA to secondary cities in the South.
I was surprised to hear there were no non-stops to San Antonio from MIA, though...

Northwest already flies to BHM, with three daily DC-9 flights from Memphis and two DC-9s from Detroit.

Is AA going to fly out of MIA into Canada sometime soon? Also what type of plane is AA going to use to BHM?

american will probably use the rj to birmingham now american did at one time served from miami to vancouver toronto and montreal i know the flight to toronto is still going the vancouver flight was discontinuedand i think there american's alliance partner flies the miami to montreal route.

american still has a super 80 flight non stop from miami to montreal vancouver is the only cith that was dropped i just checked the web site

Do you know where I can get more info on that Terminal? Also I have been hearing alot of Rumers that AA is going to fly into YWG. Do you know anything about this topic?

any info on the termianl can be found at http://www.corgan.com/ i would not expexct to much info until after y2k thats when the miami intl web site will be updated as well as corgan and ohters i would not hold my breathe on american flying to any more canadian cities out of miami other than montreal and toronto at the most i think the vancouver service will be the most likely city to be picked up agian
