On December 21, Japan Airlines flight JL791 from Tokyo to Shanghai (carried 372 people) was delayed for 90 minutes because the pilot forgot his passport.
The captain found out that he forgot his passport when he was at the immigration desk at Narita Airport.
The F/a's announcement to the passenger onboard the 747-400 was: We excuse for the delay, because our pilot didn't prepared enough documents.
