Ship 814 is parked at Delta's Tech Ops center in ATL now so I suppose its the next one to get the new treatment since its still in the old/old scheme. I would imagine that the repaint is occuring at a heavy MX check.

Woodsboy,

DL doesn't repaint at heavy maintenace. 814 isn't due a heavy check anywhere in the next few months. Currently 802 is in to be followed on 9 Jan by 804. 802 will go out late. These are the first HMV for the MD-11 and they are taking way longer than expected. On top of the HMV all of the insulation must be replaced. This job adds weeks to the visit the first couple of planes.

We also will be changing work crews this weekend. The MD-11 line went real junior on days so with a lot of new guys to the airplane it will be slow for the next month. For me it's back to MD-80's.
