Does anybody know to which cities the two Cimber Air CanRJs wet-leased to Lufthansa Cityline operate from Berlin in addition to Paris CDG ? The second a/c used to operate TXL-BRU thrice daily but after the demise of Sabena, Lufthansa replaced it with a CityLine Avro RJ85. As Lufthansa Cityline has the aircraft n a long-term lease from Cimber Air, they for sure must use it now on other routes from TXL where the QI CRJ base is. I have played around with the CRS for a while but could not find any destinations.
And talking about the Cimber CanRJs, does anybody know what the status of the options for more CanRjs is they took out in 1999 ?
I also heard a rumour that Cimber Air is evaluating the FD728 as an ATR replacement (quite interesting as the ATR's main bases at KEL and SGD only have 1200 / 1500m runways, as far as I am aware).

The 728JET´s take-off field length is given with 1,527m according to my data, for SGD that should be sufficient. From my knowledge Cimber Air was one of the very first airlines showing interest in the 728-family, back in 1999 if I remember correct. I don´t know if they have entered in more detailed negociations since then.
As far as I know they haven´t firmed up any of their 4 CRJ200ER options.

Well, to answer my own question, at the moment the QI CRJs operate from TXL to VIE and CDG thrice daily. Both routes, however, will be upgraded to a CityLine CRJ700 with effect summer schedule, which will mean that CityLine has to look for other routes to which it can allocate the wet-leased QI jets.
