AC has mentioned a lot of new routes that it has planned, but has said that it isn't a complete list, and that the details of when service will start, and any flight info as to departure times, frequencies, etc. is not yet set. I rather doubt that AC will know this for quite a while, either. They're going to have to do an awful lot of rescheduling as a result of their buying CP in order to free up the aircraft for new flights, and they will have to then figure out how to schedule everything so as to operate convenient flight times as well as offering connections for those flights. It may be slightly simplified if they can get ahold of additional aircraft (A340 and 763's). Still, it's going to be one major scheduling job, so don't expect to hear anything solid anytime too soon.

AC now flies from YVR to TPE 3 times a week using A340s, plus another 3 flights codesharing with EVA Airways; CP now flies a total 8 flights on the same route code sharing with Mandarin Airlines, will AC take over CP's YVR-TPE route?

Consider this list of new routes as an incomplete list, but these are ones AC has mentioned so far: Toronto-Tokyo Toronto-Hong Kong Toronto-Mexico Vancouver-Shanghai Vancouver-Mexico City Montreal-Milan Montreal-Denver Toronto-Greensboro Toronto-Ontario California Toronto-Orange County Montreal-Edmonton Vancouver-Halifax Toronto-Victoria Vancouver-Sydney Toronto-Madrid Toronto-Amsterdam
Also, the following routes will be expanded or improved: Montreal-Rome Calgary-Chicago Ottawa-Washinton National Toronto-Las Vegas Toronto-Calgary Toronto-Vancouver Montreal-Winnipeg Montreal-Calgary Ottawa-Winnipeg Montreal-Vancouver
Note two things: (1) some of these routes may be operated by Canadian Airlines, and (2) these are intended expansions, but some may require new route authorities to be issued.
AC has said other new routes, or details about these routes may be announced in the coming months.

No, you can't have any more info. Not to be rude, but that hasn't been decided yet. The scheduling hasn't been done, so there is no way to find out. Anything as of yet is strictly unsubstantiated rumour, and will NOT be a FACT.
If you are talking about YWG-LAX with 767's there's no way. AC will be hard pressed to have enough wide-bodied aircraft to handle all of their international flying, never mind adding that kind of service.
