Sorry if this topic has been posted--but I couldn't find any info when I did a search.

Airliners Online is reporting that LOT Polish Airlines is acquiring two 737-800s, due 01/02. Can anyone confirm this? I assume the aircraft are being leased--true? Which routes will they be used on? Are any of LOT's older aircraft being retired with the arrival of these new aircraft?

Thanks in advance for any info.

That order is about 3 or 4 years old, but I think it has been since delayed indefinatly.

I heard about this but I don't know what's the current status of the order.
I also read somewhere that ELO (EuroLOT) is getting 4 ATR 42's this year from Air Littoral.

Are these 4 of the -500s Air Littoral wants to dispose of due to over-capacity? Could give the source please?
