That looks like an early A318 concept drawing. They didn't know what to call it then so they left the tail blank.

This is a theory meaning that I am probably full of it.

But there is no red, vermillion and yellow bands after the purple band there is only a bronzy colour are you sure its airbus colours?

I know what you mean Braniff Place, but Airbus would be the only logical choice here.
