I just found out that a friend of mine has quite a unique job. He's an "In-flight Specialist". Basically, he works in the cabinet shop for one of the biz jet manufacturers. He actually takes flights all over the country making fine adjustments to the aircraft's cabinets. Apparently, the work only takes about an hour. He spends the rest of his time playing with the onboard entertainment system and sitting in the jump seat.
On a side note, he frequently tries to talk the flight crew into cruising at FL 510. He gets a special gold pin for this.
