Air NZ News/new Airline Into AKL

732 ZK-NAI will be departing for Nigeria this week. ZK-NAB will be departing on 3rd March.

The two 146 Whisperjets, ZK-NZK and NZI, will be leaving the fleet, NZK departing for Melbourne 0900 this Friday, and NZI on 24th Jan.

and Polar Air Cargo begin B747-400F operations again shortly into AKL Airport. Polar will occasionally use Atlas Air Cargo aircraft on their services.

On a sadder note, NZ just canned their reservations staff in London, Vancouver and Los Angeles.

Yeah, sad about the res staff in the other centres..but it's cheaper to answer the calls in NZ and NZ staff have more local knowledge so it's good in that regard.
