Just curious as to which carrier you like better and why?

I've had the pleasure of flying both.

I prefer JetBlue. The live TV is nice, but it's not the determining factor.

Both are generally on-time, with great planes. I do prefer the A320 family, but not enough to favor either airline.

The difference comes down to a certain elegance. I call JetBlue "Southwest chic" -- that is, a certain sophistication among the crews, pilots and staff that I haven't seen at WN. Its corporate image also seems to be more sophisticated, which works for the Northeast.

I'm not saying WN's front-liners are country bumpkins. But JetBlue, to me, was on a different level in my own travel experiences with them.

JetBlue is like eating at McDonald's,
while Southwest is like eating at the
local burger joint(great burgers with
that homemade taste)...

Without a doubt, Southwest!
The biggest airline success story in history.

Whoever proides the cheapest fares.

I don't like SWA's idea of "first come-first serve" seating basis. Is JetBlue like that?
