Ground handling of the aircraft in Cuba would be done by Cubans, not TS. There would be no ground TS staff watching the loading/unloading. This does not reflect on TS.

Panam, TWA, Ansett, Eastern.......AC next? Might be good for Canada.

Well I think that it might have some reflection on AT even thought they might not have had any staff overseeing the loading of the AC! The public will only see Air Transat and STOWAWAY...that's it...they don't care about who there handeled by in cuba!
