UA841 was scheduled to depart LAX on the 23rd Jan at 22:20. It actually didn't depart LAX until 12:54 on the 24th, due to non-scheduled maintenance (special checks and/or additional works beyond normal maintenance schedule).

Have you also noticed, that every single Flight UA operates from AKL-LAX and LAX-AKL are always DELAYED..is this becuase of the screening they do now before entering on board, if any one knows!!??
The AKL-MEL sectors seem to be fine..just those sectors...but if so, how come AirNZ and Qantas come in early...?

Thanks TG. How many pax were on that flight do you know?
Mike in the morning UA often seem to arrive late
ETA 0755 I often see it at 0830ish, usually seems to catch up on its schedule on the MEL leg though as it often goes over at around 2100 on its way back to LAX.
I'm off to the airport soon to get some shots hopefully of the CX744 departing along with all the other afternoon departures between 1400-1600.

well, I have been on United twice, first time, leave the gate then return for a two hours delay after an indicator pops up in the cockpit, the second time the APU fails before boarding and three hours delay, so i made up a name from UNITED letters.
U N I T E D = You Never Intend To Ever Depart
i know i will get many comments on this, but that is my opinion
