Just my own new logo and livery design for Iberia which I presented to CEO Irala of Iberia last Friday. What do you think about it? Open this hotlink: http://www.webstudio.nl/liladesign/designillustrationsamples/view_alone.nhtml?profile=designillustrationsamples&UID=10050

Aerolineas Argentinas will be soon unveiled in the same basic livery layout as the new Iberia. Can you imagine how this will look like? Just stunning! Wait and see. Together with me airlines have the opportunity to win undisputed leadership in the air...the quality of leadership.

Great update, Norbert. I didn't think that livery could be modernised without a major overhaul, but lookey here!

I like how it plays on some of the bmi design, but is still unique. One of your best works yet, if not the best.

    Very nice fuselage.
Iberia has very nice colours and here you make maximum advantage of it.

The tail however, is not really an improvement.
I feel it is once again a kind of Delta tail.
    Something better must be possible.
(How about writing Iberia on the tail as well?)

Anyway, overall stil better then the current one.

Did you get that idea from the BMI livery?

    VS744 and TransSwede -

I was thinking the same. The proposed Iberia's livery does remind me to BMI's but I do like both - BMI's and the proposed Iberia's one. I was even contemplating how the curved pattern would look like on Balkan's aircraft, which use White-Green-Red - the national colors of Bulgaria.

    Anyway, Great Job, Air_Orange!

    Regards.

    Indeed VS11!

    Air Orange,
you often do a great job, but be carefull not to give every airline its wavy BMI fuselage and the Delta tail...

oh, that crown, is it me, or does it remind others of Royal Jordanian too?

Sorry, not too keen on this one at all. The old colours are very dated and '1970s' now - this should rather be an opportunity to start afresh.

Yeah I see the Delta tail style and the BMI tail meets fuselage scheme very clearly.

Also, you seem to emphasize the crown logo instead of the "IB" logo and in my opinion the "IB" logo has a lot more charachter and recognition than a little gold crown.

Good luck getting your designs adopted though.

    Hi Norbert

To be honest, I don't think that this, in my eyes, minor livery change will be succesfully. Rebranding exceeds beyond the livery and corporate design. Thought about the other coporate identity issues??

Nevertheless the livery is something different, but a new livery or even a new CID should be (and is) more then tweaking wth colours and logos.

Great job, as always! But why choose something similar for Aerolineas Argentinas? They have no connection to IB anymore (but indirectly to Spanair now!)...

Fly-K is correct why would Aerolineas Argentinas do that? AR is no longer owned by Iberia. Grupo Marsans/Air Plus does...(Which includes Spanair)

    Mr. Lambriex,

The tail needs the same traditional orange as the fuselage, and with the swerve you've given it, the net affect would be an impressive flamboyance... other than that it's oustanding.

34 RoyalDutch : Better than the old one...any way to lose that disgusting color combination, though? That's my main gripe with Iberia's c/s...not the layout, but the
