Don't hold your breathe for any of them. Looking at how jetBlue is expanding and thier route structure, all seem very, very unlikely, even though they were (at least PIT and CLE) on thier original list of 41 considered cities.

it is interesting if you look at jetblue's route map, they have a very confined structure. they either fly to florida, upstate NY, or west coast. now they have a few non-west coast cities like den, however it is close enough. there are no routes in the mid-west region of the US.
