Most Number Of Seating Classes In A Single Plane?

Does anyone know which airline and which plane thereof has the most varieties of seating classes in a single plane? I've seen planes with 1, 2, and 3... never anything more. Are there any which offer 4 or 5?

747-400s. First Class(70"), Business Class
(50"), Deluxe Economy(38", 2-4-2 on
main deck), and regular economy(31"
