I don't think they have "Radio Shacks" in Bulgaria, FlightSimFreak.  Big grin

Yep,
Get yourself an Air Band scanner.
I used to have a Uniden Bearcat before it got pinched and before that I used to just simply use short wave on a normal radio.
Only trouble with that was that it was unreliable and I could only hear one half of the conversation, ie: ATC and not the pilots reading back.
You also need to know the frequencies of the ATC services that you want to listen to (unless they make scanners now that can seek those out for you-I don't know!).
Also, check whether it not it's legal to listen to them in Bulgaria, it may not be.

If you get a scanner, you will need to know frequencies. I use http://worldaerodata.com to find them.

All aviation frequencies are from 108-roughly 136.75 MHz. Visit http://www.airnav.com for frequencies at your local airport.  Big thumbs up

ILS - as airnav is only for the USA, I doubt it will be of much for someone in Bulgaria...

Get yourself an AOR scanner....

They can pick up Military, and since they are not made in the USA, can pick up cell phones.

They also pick up military. Aerial refuelings etc... Would suit you well over there where all the action is. I know in that area, the US refuels a lot of aircraft and you can listen in.
