GOOD NEWS!

they sure deserve it. I have never been on EK but I am sure they are just superb.

SV used to get these awards but not anymore.. not with thier poor ground service.

Well done EK! An award well deserved!

Although having liked the so-called 'world-class' service inflight Emirates Airlines, I do not think that they are as good as they are portrayed to be as; NO way is their service so hospitable, or their crew as friendly as they are often advertised as - believe me, I can say from first hand experience !

Emirates is a very good airline however the following could be improved:

1- The seats. They are way too hard (especially on the A330)
2- Although the crew are trained to be very polite, they should also be trained to be less formal, more cheery and less snobby IMO. I've had some bad experiences with EK F/A's.
3- 3-4-3 Y seating on the 777 is too much, as is the 2-3-2 J seating on the A330.

Other than that EK is a very good airline!
