I know that Lufthansa has a few A319's leased out (Khalifa has two) and last year Air Malta had one or two too.
Have all of them been retourned to LH or did they lease out even more planes after they pulled so many planes out of service?
Have only A319's been leased to other airlines or also other planes?

actually, i am not sure about whether LH have a bigger fleet of 737 or A320. however, i guess they have a bigger fleet of A320s.. but than why did they want to lease out their A320 instead of their B737...
just wondering.. and issit that lufthansa do not really like the A319?

the reason why LH leases out 319s/320s instead of 737s is due the fact that LH lacks cockpit crews on its airbus fleet (at least last summer) and that they make more money in leasing out its newer airbusses than its older boeings.
