i heard that United Arab Emirates 737-bbj was in washington DC, now can that plane make it transatlantic without a stop?

Easily. Its range is something like 5500 nm.
Even a 737NG (700 or 800, not sure about the 600) can make it across the pond.

Absolutely. The BBJ can make that route and then some. Maximum design range of the BBJ is 6,200 nm. However, most BBJ's have ranges of 5,500-5,700 nm on average because of customer configurations that have extra weight that costs range.
