LN have sre resuming operations to Paris, suspended since 1992, A320 will be used on the route. Air France are also planning to return to Tripoli later this year.

Where'd they get the A320? They had some previously but those were TransAer planes and TransAer went bust. So, whose 320s are these?

Also, does the US hold an embargo against Libya similar to Iran's that would prevent the Libyran airline from getting new Boeings and even Airbuss' with American components?

As long as they lease the aircraft there are no problems and the US sanctions seem not to apply for leased aircraft (they've even leased a B737-400 for a while). However, since the demise of Transaer and the leased B737-400 not flying for LN anymore I haven't seen them at AMS and every Sunday they always cancel the flight.

BTW Air France is very late in restoring flights to Libya. All other major European airlines already have flights to Tripoli.

BTW the Libyan Airlines flight to CDG is still not in the CRS

I would not recommend anyone have anything to do with Libyan Arab. If you are flying to Libya, stick with KLM, Lufthansa, or BA. Libyan Arab have a terrible reputation for reliability.
