It looks great. Also the correct Swisscross.

That sure is a fugly livery. It reminds me of a bad charter airline. No where near international caliber.

I don't particulary like the Swiss livery.

It's way to white!

Besides, it looks more like a government plane rather then an airline to me.

Besides, I have seen that not all planes will feature Swiss on the fuselage! Some will have Suisse on the fuselage, whereas others will have Italian and rethoroman versions will be used too. A company with 4 different names: sounds like a kind of identity crisis to me.

Not particularly cheerful, but it definately makes a statement. The Swiss airline is back  Big thumbs up  Big thumbs up  Big thumbs up

Awful, simply awful....

A pity though, as again another chance was waisted to give a good airline a livery which it deserves.

But this? I will never understand how SWISS could choose this ultra boring livery with the two red "stamps" on the engines... especially after Crossair had such a nice and well-balanced paintscheme with the billboard titles and the modern tail logo.

Why do you guys not like this? I think it is modern and smart, its one of the better schemes out there at the moment, and gives Swiss airlines a very corporate/buisnesslike reputation.

Good luck, looks greaT!

I think it's awful. I loved Swissair's livery. They should have kept it and just leave the name "Swiss" in there. Plus it would have been cheaper, I'm sure.

Not the best. I don't think it's ugly, just not original. But does it really matter? It is what is on the inside that counts, and I strongly believe Swiss will continue with Swissair's legendary service.

It makes me want to cry.
Tears.
Tears of blood.

I wonder if they planned it to come out that way. So bland, so white. Look at SAS, they can use a very subtle off white and make their planes look sharp, this white is so boring and un-corprate. Instead of smart looking, their planes look cheap. A start up trying to save costs instead of a proud national carrier. Fwiw, i do like the tail, redo the rest, and you may have a winner.

I must echo what siz936 said, it looks like a government VIP aircraft. The swissair c/s was simple but elegant but this looks just boring.

Maybe the livery is dull, but the fact remains that the new Swiss is almost here. Thank God! I pray the spirit, class, efficiency & superior service of the old Swissair continues under this new brand.

FLYING HOSPITAL, ANYONE??? UGH!!! I hope the airline and service are better than their livery... The planes will look dumpy unless they are washed at least once a month! Way to do, white wales...

I don't know if anybody here has realised but either they forgot to put a small Swiss flag next to the reg (HB-IQJ) or they intentionaly didn't put it there. If you compare with the A320 HB-IJP you will see that it's there. I like it better that way.

I like them!

If it will be necessary paintings can be changed later, but at the moment this company has other problems than their painting, remember?

I also don't know what the Swiss flag has to do with a hospital, it's to compare with those who think the hub of Swiss is Stockholm. Just by the way...

Gibberish,

You are right, they should add a Swiss flag on the plane, next to the registration, to avoid any confusion about the airline's nationality  Laugh out loud

Maybe they could use a better font, or large 'SWISS' titles billboard style.

I like the winglets a lot!

Did I hear someone mention that Swissair were prevented from putting the SwissCross on winglets?

If they just said Swiss on the old Swissair livery - it would be no change from the old airline... for a new brand you have to have a new look.
