CI cargo will resume operations to Colombo after a lapse of 7 months, service was stopped due to the attack on Colombo airport, the service uses the 744F and is routed Taipei-Colombo-Luxembourg.

CI have also confirmed starting passenger servies to India on April 1st, nonstop Taipei-Dehli using A300-600 thrice a week.

And now Thai has added an extra weekly flight on Bangkok-Colombo and there is talk of SriLankan resuming their Frankfurt flights as well. There is peace talks onging, a permanent ceasefire and things are looking better then ever. I expect more flights and more airlines in to Colombo from no on!  Smile
