There are a few rumors going around that US is trying to enter some sort of deal, either contract flying or codeshare, with SkyWest, and a separate rumor of US and UA codesharing on some routes.

They have a small codeshare with Deutsche BA connecting with US flights in MUC. They fly to TXL, Cologne (CGN), and maybe another city or two...

They codeshare with Deutsche BA to Hamburg,Berlin,Cologne/Bonn and Dusseldorf from Munich. Deutsche BA does not codeshare with them like they used to and they don`t even say they are codeshare partners on their webpage. It a pretty much useless partnership. and the funny thing is, US Airways a few yesrs ago was starting that big partnership with BA, and now they have nothing!

I would not be surprised if at some point in time, there arent serious discussions about restarting the US/BA alliance. Note, I said serious discussions, highly doubt that anything would ever come from those talks.Just seems that after serious talks between US or BA and anyone else, nothing ever comes to pass. After all is said and done, a lot is said and nothing is done.

HP would be a good domestic partner, little overlap. TW
planned an HP codeshare before the AA buyout.
