important, so do our customers ! In a competitive market it is all about product and awareness - I have a sense that many of your members also thought Orange was a silly name for a phone company ! In an industry which has seen an unprecedented downturn and the loss of thousands of jobs - we are recruiting and selling seats like they are going out of fashion. Yep, exactly what I said in that thread-the livery might not look 'aesthetically pleasing', but that's not the point. Easyjet's livery isn't that nice, but it's all about selling the brand, getting the recognition.
Big, bright & memorable letters/images and loud/funny adverts (EZY, GO & Ryanair all do it very well).
