If you mean the prototype at Boeing Field, the answer is no it doesn't fly anymore - it hasn't even got engines mounted at the moment. It was donated to the museum of flight many years ago, then loaned back to Boeing for engine testing for the 777 program, but now its been returned to the museum of flight and is parked pending the museum adding a new building in which it will be permanently displayed.
