I guess Canada 3000 and Royal Aviation were never completely merged. Royal continued to operate under its own licences.
Royal held the following licences:
- services within Canada;
- scheduled service between Canada and the US, the UK, and France;
- charter service between Canada and any other country.
As of today, 2002 January 24, these licences are all suspended.
They have thirty days to speak up or these licences will be cancelled.
As of today, 2002 March 13, these licences are cancelled. Pricewaterhouse Cooper, Royal's Trustee in Bankruptcy, advised the Cdn Transportation Agency to cancel all licences held by Royal.
