Let us suppose that we have two aircrafts, aprox. the same size and mass, one is rearengined and another is wingengined. Does the placement of engines itself couse any difference for pilots in flying the aircraft?

You bet. An engine failure on a wing-mounted airplane is much more serious than on a tail mounted plane (Hence the restriction to "centerline trust" a pilot would receive if he earned his multiengine rating in a plane with tail-mounted engine arrangement). It has to do with the ability of the good engine to force an aircraft out of control if sufficient speed isn't maintained to allow the rudder to compensate for the asymetrical thrust.
