Does anyone on here know (or have any idea) why Aer Lingus sent an A.330 (EI-DAA) into BHX today, 15/03/02??

Support Airliners.net - become a First Class Member!

They've apparently been sending a few this week due to the Cheltenham horse-racing festival.

David is correct. It was EI-SHN (the all white one) on Monday when it made three trips from Dublin.
Would have been better to have had an aircraft in the Aer Lingus colours in on Monday!

You'll probably see a few photos cropping up soon as there were a few of us there on Monday and probably throughout the week.

There was an EI A330 in GLA the other day also, not sure if it was operating the regular DUB service or wether it was something to do with the rugby.

Oh right, thanks for the info - I was at BHX on Friday only so wasn't aware of any specials.
Actually there was a few good bits there on Fri too, a Canadian CL604 for one!!

Anyway, thanks again.
