Icelandair From BOS To The Caribbean

I have recently noticed that Icelandair has a lot of flights to/from BOS to Caribbean destinations such as Turks & Caicos, Santo Domingo, etc.

Are these charters or only for passengers coming from KEF?
When did they start these flights?

They've expanded their charter division, so those BOS- Carribean flights are most likely charters for US tour operators.
