Please tell me more on crossair. I only know that they have very good service and are europes biggest regional airline. They have 200 aircraft on order and currently operate 91 ac. Where are their hubs? Experiences? Opinions on crossair?

Their hub is Basle (Eurocross) They are really great. I love them. I often flew them Zurich-Dublin and Geneva-Zurich. The Geneva-Zurich is sometimes in codeshare with Swissair. Hope that helps...

Hi
Crossair has almost 200 Embraer's on order/options. The order includes the ERJ-170, ERJ-190-200 and the ERJ-145 (an maybe some options can be converted in ERJ-135's).
The first aircraft for Crossair will be a ERJ-145 that will enter the final assembly line next week. This will be the first aircraft in new Crossair colours.

I flew on a Crossair flight in June from its hub at Geneve Cointrin (GVA) to Athens, Greece. The flight was operated on a Avroliner RJ-100. It looks like the BAE 146. The flight was excellent - lunch was served on china and glasswear. The flight attendants spoke fluent english, and all of the seats are leather. My only complaint was that my seat was near the wings/engines, so it was difficult to see out the window
Crossair codeshares with Swissair, my favourite airline! Before the LX flight, I took SR from JFK to Geneva. These two airlines were exceptional. I highly reccomend each, and I was saddened to hear of the loss of LX 498.
