Combining all programs, how many frequent flyer members are there in the US? Over 100 million?

I'm unaware of the numbers for the other Frequent Flier programs in the U.S., but I do know about American Airlines' AAdvantage program. AAdvantage has approximately 44 million members. Now if we can get the numbers from the other U.S. programs we can add them up!
