I've seen at RTL-TVI news an interview of Etienne Denil (Commercial Director SNBA), in summary :
-booking for african flights are very good (about 5000/week since the sales opening-approximately 1 month ago)
-load factor for european flights will reach 60% this weekend
-SNBA hopes to make profit this year !!!

Regards, Laurent.

And the cargo is for a French company. I don't remember the exact name anymore (European Cargo Services or something like that). They are planning to make a hub in Brussels. I hope to see some aircrafts of them here, but they are going (I think I read that) to transport the cargo first to France. So no aircrafts will land here of it  Sad

And yes, I am happy with the occupation degree of SNBA.

Sabena 690,
I doubt European Cargo Services has any aircraft at all. I take it that it is a Handling Agent. It will sell cargo space onboard the A330s, operated by Birdie, on behalf of SNBA.

Hey Manni,

That was one of the things I also thought.
I never saw a photo of an aircraft of this company. I thought that one of the reasons that Birdy the A333's leased was for the big cargo place in the aircraft. So...

It's just a commercial agent that will comercialize the cargohold of the Airbus 330's... They will employ only 10 people in this new Brussels business. Ex Sabena Cargo will be the handling operator.

As SN BA has no 'European' aircraft with a cargo hold, all containers must be transported into or out of Brussels by road.
