Rossiya To Take 2 Tu-214s

Izvestia has reported that Rossiya has recently signed a contract for the purchase from KAPO of 2 Tu-214s to be used on VIP duties. Deliveries of the 2 Tu-214s are expected to be concluded within the next 12 months.

Does anyone know if these 2 Tu-214s are the 2 which Rossiya was reported to be taking out of the extra delivery slots which were originally going to Dalavia?
