What type of fire extinguisher do airliners use? (the ones placed on commercial airliners for use by crew or passengers) Halon, dry chemical, or foam?

Also, are there any airlines with built-in sprinkler-type fire protection?

WE have both Halon and water extinguishers onboard the Avro. No sprinkler system... = weight = cost < $$$
