Three Orders From Japan Within 10 Days!

In the past ten days three japanese carriers have placed orders for regional planes. Quite unusual! They are:
Nagasaki Airways: one Dash 8-Q200
J-Air: 2 CRJ200 and three options
Fair Airline: 2 CRJ200
