Inter Air (South Africa) use a 707 on the Johannesburg - Antananorivo (Madagascar) route.

Plus Iran Air and Saha Airlines of Iran use it on domestic and regional flights within Iran. Charters are flown by Bin Mahfooz of Gambia (hadj charters etc.) and JARO of Romania and Air Luxor of Egypt.

LAP withdrew the 707 and ceased flying it 8 March 1994. 1992 is already a long time ago; back then, MEA, PLUNA, China Southwest, PIA, TAROM, TAAG, Sudan Airways, Alyemda, Guyana Airways and many other airlines still flew pax-707s.

Faucett-Peru has one they use...A 707-351 reg - OB-1401 formerly N8090P. They also have ex TWA N31021 an L1011-50 reg asOB-1545. So if you happen to be in Peru they have what you are looking for.

African Airlines International (Kenya) has at least one airworthy B707-320B, 5Y-AXI (ex Air Zimbabwe, ex Lufthansa), plus about three others in storage.

This airline was operating a scheduled service to Sharjah recently, but may currently be grounded - I seem to remember hearing reports that the airline had had a cash crunch late last year, and some aircraft had been repossessed by lessors/creditors.

As Starship mentioned, InterAir (South Africa) currently operate a scheduled service between Johannesburg and Antananorivo - this aircraft (ZS-IJI) is leased from Grecoair of USA (owned by David Tokoph), and is the former N7597A of American Airlines (707-323C). It's fitted with a modernised/upgraded interior, incl. video screens and new seats.

The airline was placed in receivership on August 12 1999 after the airline defaulted on payments of a $2 million trade finance facility advanced by the Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank. Flight operations were not expected to be affected and if the receiver was able to recover the money, it was likely that the airline would revert to the management of its shareholders.
